When requesting a withdrawal through Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, we’ll send a unique code to your phone number on file. This is known as two-factor authentication (2FA) and is for your own security to ensure nobody else can retrieve your funds.
These codes may be sent via email instead. An ID verification process is required before this change can be made. Once the ID is approved, future 2FA codes will be sent to the email address on file.
After submitting your ID, please allow up to 12 hours for the verification process to be completed. Once approved, your 2FA method will be updated to email.
These codes arrive in your inbox or phone in just a matter of seconds after you request them.
Something else to keep in mind is that for security reasons the codes expire after 3 minutes. If it has been over 3 minutes, the code will no longer be accepted in the Cashier. In those cases, please request a new code through the Cashier and use it as soon as possible.
