All bets placed over the internet are logged and backed-up regularly on our servers. In all cases of dispute, both management and the player agree that the log backup shall serve as the final authority in the dispute.
If after review, there remains any doubt regarding the wager type, line, market, amount, or any other aspect, the claim will be escalated to the Galaxy management team. All decisions made by them will be final.
