Mercy rule in baseball

In little league, high school and college baseball, a mercy rule is enforced whereby a game is stopped if
a team is winning by a large enough margin at a certain point in the game (for example if an NCAA team is ahead by 10+ runs after 7 innings).

In any situation where the mercy rule is called, games are considered as complete for betting purposes, and all wagers on moneylines, totals and Run Lines will have action.
