When you make a deposit using a person-to-person method, the last step is to report the control or reference number through the Cashier.
So once you have sent the funds, you'll need to go back to the Cashier and follow these steps:
1. Choose Deposit -> P2P (then the exact method you used)
2. You will see a box at the top that says Report deposit. Click/tap on that.
3. Hit the arrow next to the receiver's name to expand the window.
4. Enter the control/reference/order number, the amount, any fees charged* and hit CONFIRM.
The deposit will then be submitted to be approved as soon as possible.
*Fees will be reimbursed on deposits of $300 or more only
