All bank wires are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your bank account is in another currency, the amount you receive may be less than what you request, due to your bank’s currency conversion rates.
Galaxy cannot be held responsible for any losses as a result of these conversions. To avoid this, we highly recommend that the receiving bank account for all wires be a USD account.
If you do not have a USD bank account at the moment, please open a new account in USD before requesting any withdrawals. With many banks, you should be able to simply request that a secondary USD account be added to your existing bank account.
