NOTE! When sending documents, screenshots are not accepted. If you are sending a copy of an ID, credit card, utility bill, or bank statement, you must take a photo. Screenshots are only to be used for issues unrelated to documents.
In some cases, in order for us to provide the best assistance, it helps if you send us an image of your screen.
If you're not sure how to do this using your Android mobile device, please follow these steps:
- Open the screen that you want to capture.
- Press the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.
- If that doesn't work, press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time for a few seconds.
- Your device will take a picture of the screen and save it.
