The PIN Code is an added feature to increase the security level of your account. You will be asked to confirm your PIN Code every time you contact us via phone or Live Chat.
A PIN code is automatically generated for every customer upon account creation. To find your assigned PIN, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your Galaxy account.
- Select 'PIN ******' at the top right of your screen. (If you're on mobile you will need to tap the account icon first).
- On the next screen, you'll find your PIN Code.
Please remember to always keep your PIN well protected. The security of your personal PIN is your sole responsibility.
Your PIN needs to be given to our support team if you are calling in or writing to us on chat. Your PIN is not needed for any activity you do online yourself. You will never be asked to provide your PIN in an email.
