To ensure your security, it is not possible to change your email, phone number, address or real name online. We'll be happy to make any changes for you, but we must first verify your identity.
If you need to change any of your details, please access your online Cashier, go to Account → Verifications → UPDATE PERSONAL INFO and follow these steps:
- Review the important information and hit START
- Select the reason (information you wish to update)
- Enter the new information (such as phone number or new address)
- Select Browse to attach a picture of your ID (4 MB max size)
- Hit FINISH
Please allow 30-60 minutes for the information to be reviewed and updated.
