How to send documents through the Cashier

Anytime you need to send us a document it must be done through the Cashier. We cannot accept any documents sent by email. To send us your documents, just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Cashier
  2. Select Account
  3. Select Verifications
  4. Choose the correct option depending on what type of document you are sending:
      • 'Document verification' - for general verification or withdrawal purposes
      • 'Other documents' - for issues related to credit card charges 
  5. Read the requirements
  6. Hit START
  7. Attach the document
  8. Hit SEND to complete

Documents take around 30-60 minutes to be reviewed in most cases. One common exception is when you report a deposit that was charged to your credit card but never credited to your Galaxy account. These types of reviews typically take 3-5 business days.

As soon as the review is complete, you’ll be emailed to your account’s registered email address.
