Anytime you need to send us a document it must be done through the Cashier. We cannot accept any documents sent by email. To send us your documents, just follow these steps:
- Go to the Cashier
- Select Account
- Select Verifications
- Choose the correct option depending on what type of document you are sending:
- 'Document Verifications' - for general verification or withdrawal purposes
- 'Transaction Report' - for issues related to credit card charges
- 'Personal Information' - for updating your personal details
Documents take up to 48 hours to be reviewed in most cases. One common exception is when you report a deposit that was charged to your credit card but never credited to your Galaxy account. These types of reviews typically take 3-5 business days.
As soon as the review is complete, you’ll be emailed to your account’s registered email address.
