Anytime you need to send us a document it must be done through the Cashier. We cannot accept any documents sent by email. To send us your documents, follow these steps:
- Go to the Cashier
- Select Account
- Select Verifications
- Choose the correct tab (you will be notified in advance which one to select)
- Read the Important Information
- Hit START
- Select Browse and attach the document
- Hit FINISH to complete
Documents take around 30-60 minutes to be reviewed in most cases. One common exception is when you report a deposit that was charged to your credit card but never credited to your Galaxy account. These types of reviews typically take 3-5 business days.
As soon as the review is complete, you’ll be emailed to your account’s registered email address.
