How to send documents through the Cashier

Anytime you need to send us a document it must be done through the Cashier. We cannot accept any documents sent by email. To send us your documents, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Cashier
  2. Select Account
  3. Select Verifications
  4. Choose the correct tab (you will be notified in advance which one to select)
  5. Read the Important Information
  6. Hit START
  7. Select Browse and attach the document
  8. Hit FINISH to complete

Documents take around 30-60 minutes to be reviewed in most cases. One common exception is when you report a deposit that was charged to your credit card but never credited to your Galaxy account. These types of reviews typically take 3-5 business days.

As soon as the review is complete, you’ll be emailed to your account’s registered email address.
