How to send documents through the Cashier

Anytime you need to send us a document it must be done through the Cashier. We cannot accept any documents sent by email. To send us your documents, just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Cashier
  2. Select Account
  3. Select Verifications
  4. Choose the correct option depending on what type of document you are sending: 

      • 'Document Verifications' - for general verification or withdrawal purposes
      • 'Transaction Report' - for issues related to credit card charges 
      • 'Personal Information' - for updating your personal details
  5. Read the requirements
  6. Hit START
  7. Attach the document
  8. Hit SEND to complete

Documents take up to 12 hours to be reviewed in most cases. One common exception is when you report a deposit that was charged to your credit card but never credited to your Galaxy account. These types of reviews typically take 3-5 business days.

As soon as the review is complete, you’ll be emailed to your account’s registered email address.
