NOTE! When sending documents, screenshots are not accepted. If you are sending a copy of an ID, credit card, utility bill, or bank statement, you must take a photo. Screenshots are only to be used for issues unrelated to documents.
If you need to take a screenshot on your iOS mobile device, follow these steps:
- Open the screen that you want to capture.
- Press and hold the Power button on the right side and the Home button at the exact same time.
- Or, for models that do not have a home button, press and hold the Side button on the right side and the Volume Up button at the exact same time.
- Your device will take a picture of the screen and save it.
